The LearningPlus PD Program strives to provide professional development that is research based and differentiated for its participants. Workshops are designed to weave the four strands of differentiated learning, brain based learning, information literacy and technology enhanced learning, keeping in mind the goals of each school team.

Workshops are framed around the following guiding questions that focus on learners:

Who am I as a learner? Who are my learners? How do my students learn? What do I want my students to learn? How can I build on student strengths and prior knowledge? How will I know if all students have learned? What will I do if they don't? How does my role as a reflective teacher enable student achievement?
